Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the rules for using the Hungry Eyes platform (hereinafter "Platform"), available at hungryeyes.ai.
1.2. The Platform is operated by [COMPANY NAME], with registered office at [ADDRESS], entered into the register of entrepreneurs under [REGISTRATION NUMBER] (hereinafter "Service Provider").
1.3. By creating an account, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Platform — the Hungry Eyes web application enabling restaurants to create and manage digital QR menus.
- User — a natural or legal person who has created an account on the Platform.
- Restaurant — a business entity managed by the User through the Platform.
- Guest — a person viewing a restaurant's public menu via QR code or direct link.
3. Service Description
3.1. The Platform provides the following services:

Creation and management of digital restaurant menus

Generation of QR codes for menu access

Analytics and statistics for menu views

Customisation of menu appearance (logo, hero image, branding)
3.2. Access to the Platform requires registration and an active subscription.
4. Account Registration
4.1. To create an account, the User must provide a valid email address and create a password meeting security requirements.
4.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4.3. One account may manage one restaurant. Additional restaurants require separate accounts.
5. Subscription and Payments
5.1. The Platform offers paid subscription plans (monthly and yearly billing cycles).
5.2. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, the User also accepts Stripe's terms of service.
5.3. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.
5.4. The User may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. User Rights and Obligations
6.1. The User agrees to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information

Use the Platform in compliance with applicable law

Not upload content that infringes third-party rights

Not attempt to circumvent Platform security measures
6.2. The User retains ownership of all content (menu items, images, descriptions) uploaded to the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. The Platform, its design, code, and brand elements are the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
7.2. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for the duration of their subscription.
8. Data Protection
8.1. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these Terms.
8.2. The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Polish law.
9. Liability
9.1. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the Platform operates correctly and without interruption.
9.2. The Service Provider is not liable for:
- Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance or force majeure
- Content uploaded by Users
- Decisions made by Users based on analytics data
10. Complaint Procedure

10.2. The Service Provider will respond to complaints within 14 calendar days.
11. Right of Withdrawal
11.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta).
11.2. To exercise this right, the User should send a withdrawal statement to: [email protected]
12. Amendments
12.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms.
12.2. Users will be notified of changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
12.3. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
13. Governing Law
13.1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
13.2. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court for the Service Provider's registered office.
